I have years of experience in private and public school classrooms, camps, and tutoring companies. As an indie educator, I have enough freedom to adapt to kids’ and families’ needs on the fly, unencumbered by bureaucracy or the thinly veiled racism, transphobia, and ableism baked into codes of conduct. I knit, I dance, I cook, I play video games, and I gather in community. Most of all, I spend my days discussing fascinating and layered topics with fascinating and layered people.
